Client accounts in ChannelOnline are divided into Lead, Prospect, Customer (default), Partner, Vendor, and Generic (or Other). These accounts can be upgraded (converted) from Lead to Prospect to Customer etc. as they grow, develop, and mature to a source of revenue. The process is easy. To migrate a lead to a customer, for example, go to the account view page. In the Account Actions section, select the "Convert Account Type" link. Creating Notes in ChannelOnline is easy. Wherever you see the "+" icon next to the word Notes throughout the application, click it to launch the Organizer in a new window with an empty open note page. When launched from an account or contact within the account view you will see them identified in the upper right header of the note window. Your own personal notes can be created directly within the Organizer by selecting the "+" icon in the Organizer hover drop-down in the ChannelOnline or Organizer navigation bars. Read More...
