Users have the ability to assign multiple product catalogs to the same or different client(s). Each catalog can be customized and directed towards a particular customer market or target categories. Catalogs can be assigned to an account in two ways. Tags are available within ChannelOnline to identify, group, and sort similar or related items. Tags follow a root directory format and are used for the sorting of Service and Labor items along with Notes and Tasks in the Organizer. During the creation of these items you can assign them tags as a reference points for filtering and sorting. Tags for all items are created from the Control Panel > Admin > Company Settings > Manage Tags. Organizer ID numbers

Within the ChannelOnline organizer, Notes and Tasks are automatically assigned a unique and permanent identification number (#) for each new entry. This ID# cannot be edited, but can be sorted, and helps to identify that particular note/task from others. Notes and tasks that are 'copied' within the organizer are assigned a new ID number. A note that has been 'converted' to a task will pass that ID number to the new task. Read More...
